Cookie policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
Cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, are small pieces of data stored on your device. This page explains what Birdie Said uses them for.
What we use
- Essential. We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage under the name
birdie-said-consent, so we remember your answer. The site also uses a short-lived session value to stop the enquiry form being submitted twice by accident. These are needed for the site to work properly and do not track you. - Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. It sets cookies (names starting _ga) and is switched off unless you choose "Allow analytics".
- Advertising. We do not use advertising cookies.
Fonts
We host our fonts ourselves, so loading them does not send your information to a third-party font service.
Change your choice
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
